More Work

Brand installations, merchandise programs, and pop-ups: more projects I’ve managed from concept to install.

Louis XIII brand wall with a radiating ring of decanters around a lit crystal centerpiece

Louis XIII Cognac

T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas · 2024
Role: Project Manager · Delivered with Unlimited Custom Creations

A semi-permanent luxury brand installation brought to life from the brand's inspiration drawings: custom laser-cut brass lettering, custom art wall flats, and crystal decanters securely displayed to meet the exacting standards of one of the world's most prestigious cognac houses.

Close-up of laser-cut brass palm-leaf panel at SAHARA's AZILO Ultra Lounge

SAHARA Las Vegas · AZILO Ultra Lounge

2024
Role: Project Manager · Delivered with Unlimited Custom Creations

Custom laser-cut palm-leaf panels in ultra-thin Chemetal satin brass, framing the lounge's back bar. The client's concept art wasn't production-ready, so we redrew it as clean vector cut files, keeping every leaf intact as a single connected piece so the panels would cut cleanly and hold their shape.

Gold steel-tube display wall framing a TV with Las Vegas skyline art

Smoke and Mirrors Lounge

Thrive · Las Vegas · 2024
Role: Project Manager · Delivered with Unlimited Custom Creations

Custom fixtures for Nevada's first state-licensed cannabis consumption lounge:

  • DJ booth: designed in-house, by me, a working DJ, with fully concealed cable management. Built from steel, powder-coated in prismatic gold, and enclosed in glass.

  • Back-bar display wall: developed from the client's inspiration image into a floor-to-ceiling grid of welded square steel tube, built in three sections and field-measured to fit the space exactly.

  • Exterior blade sign: the mirrored sign, cut by Plastic Man (Jose Leva Sr.), my go-to acrylic fabricator in Las Vegas.

White Yeti cooler co-branded with the Lil Seltz gradient logo

Lil Seltz Hard Seltzer

Branded merchandise program · 2021
Role: Project Lead · Delivered with Grafico

A full merchandise rollout for a large-scale giveaway campaign, with production runs of 500 to 1,000 pieces per item: custom denim shorts paired with a dye-sublimated gradient koozie, co-branded Yeti coolers, a custom bar cooler, hoodies and acid-wash tees with color-matched gradient prints, fanny packs, and a one-off color-blocked '80s windbreaker sewn by a downtown LA seamstress from my network.

I built size curves to match the audience's size spread, handled some production in-house, and built a merch vendor network for the rest, a network that's still active today.

Wooden boardwalk across the sand leading to Corona Protect Our Beaches canopies

Corona · Protect Our Beaches

National beach tour · 2021
Role: Project Lead · Delivered with Grafico

A modular, palletized beach activation that toured six beaches coast to coast, from Santa Monica and Santa Cruz to Lake Michigan, Florida, and North Carolina, pairing community trash cleanups with brand presence.

The kit included branded pop-up canopies with backwalls, feather flags, a wooden information kiosk, directional signposts and A-frames, a screened recycling station, and roll-out wooden boardwalks across the sand. Everything packed onto pallets and shipped cross-country.

Cereal bar interior with black-and-white wavy walls, checkerboard floor, and printed cereal ceiling

Rolling Loud California

NOS Events Center, San Bernardino · December 2021
Role: Project Lead · Delivered with Grafico

A fully branded "Loud Pebbles" Cereal Bar with wavy graphic walls, a glowing printed cereal ceiling, custom bar fronts, a checkerboard floor, branded furniture, and an oversized cereal-box photo op, plus a massive fabric-wrapped festival arch.

I managed every print and build asset, from specialty vinyls to large-format art that had to stay sharp at massive scale and make the cereal glow.
